There are labs blenders used with both wet and dry ingredients, and are available in various sizes with varying speeds. Most lab blenders are designed specifically with the daily requirements of a laboratory in mind. Paddle lab blenders are used to blend solids and semisolids samples by applying pressure to samples within sterile, disposable bags with spring paddle action. Homogenization is produced through a combination of crushing and stirring, bringing out seated organisms from tissues, organs, powders, creams, ointments, etc. Explosion-proof lab blenders are used for safe mixing of unstable substances and hazardous materials. Laboratory Mixers: available with permanent magnet, universal, or airdrive motors. Choose different mixer mounts for mounting on tanks or stands. Our variety of impellers and paddles lend versatility to

Industrial Mixers: available with electric- or air-driven motors for up to 1-hp. Fixed-or variable-speed and direct- or gear-driven options are available.

Static Mixers: installed inline and mix fluids as you pump them through a pipeline. The fluid moves through the mixer in an alternating clockwise/ counterclockwise motion to ensure a homogeneous product. They are virtually maintenance free and need no spare parts.
