Use this affordable enclosure to provide a Class 100 environment for DNA/RNA manipulation. This station uses a prefilter and 99.99% efficient HEPA filter in combination with a top-mounted blower to provide continuous protection during preparation and storage of PCR sample tubes. Variable speed control of the blower enables adjustment of air flow from 30% to full velocity. Work surface is smooth, easy-to-clean white polyethylene. At the conclusion of the operation, use the timed UV light to destroy potentially contaminating DNA or RNA.

The enclosure is constructed of ½” and 3/8” UV-stabilized acrylic. The front panel is hinged to enable easy loading and cleanup. A 15 watt fluorescent lamp provides ample lighting. All models are shipped fully assembled. Cord and plug are not included.
