The Mastercycler nexus thermal cycler brings the reliability and ease of use of an Eppendorf cycler at an affordable price. Low energy consumption, easy expansion to three units, and a small footprint make it not only fit to your budget, but also to your valuable lab space. The instrument will send
you an e-mail when your run is complete, allowing you to focus on other experiments in the lab.

The self-test function verifies the functionality of all six Peltier elements on the block. You can easily document the homogeneity of the instrument in a certificate. All common PCR plates fit in the universal block—just connect one or two Mastercycler nexus eco satellite units to your Mastercycler nexus cycler for a higher throughput if necessary.

The flexible lid adjusts to a height of all types of PCR consumables, from low volume all the way up to 0.5 mL PCR tubes. The Eppendorf Thermal Sample Protection (TSP) prevents premature heating of your samples during the heating phase of the heated lid, keeping nonspecific PCR products from amplification during this phase and preserving your samples.
