Operator interfaces are control units that enable you to control your PLC from the screen, either using a small control panel with character displays or the touch screen on the larger units. All the operator interfaces come with software that enable you to easily control you system.Touch screens offer a perfect solution for your display need. Crisp images, combined with capable configuration tools, allow you to easily create a user-friendly and powerful system, enhancing your "Human Machine Interaction". All touch screens require 24 VDC and have communications ports. Touch screens are rated UL1604 for hazardous locations, NEMA 4X, and IP66.
All touch screens are programmable with software 65523-18. The symbols library of bitmap images has more than 4000 images in color and monochrome. WindO/I-NV2 also supports multiple screen handling using O/I link (up to 15 O/Is), and enables the user to uniquely tailor the program to suite the user’s needs. Models 65523-00 and -02 have a bright LCD. Units can configure up to 100 pages of operational control and have 127 KB of memory. Display capabilities include bitmap and bar graph indicators, as well as a library of images and graphics. Models 65523-04 to -10 are full-function touch screens designed with a small profile. Models 65523-06 and 10 come with an exclusive technology called CC Click™- four large pushbuttons located below screen provide tactile and audio feedback and are easily programmed using software package. All four models have 2 MB of memory. Models 65523-12 and -14 support standard compact flash memory and have a built-in 10Base T Ethernet port and a parallel port. Both models have a field-replaceable backlight, and have 8 MB of memory.
