Koehler Saybolt Viscometer Bath
Microprocessor based bath provides high-accuracy temperature control
Conforms to ASTM D 88 and ASTM E 102
Constant temperature bath meets ASTM requirements for precise temperature control. The microprocessor PID control offers quick stabilization without overshooting; overtemperature cutoff further protects bath and application from exceeding the cutoff point.
The heavy-gauge stainless steel bath interior is insulated. The chemically-resistant top plate provides further insulation and is removable for easy cleaning of bath interior.
Digital display provides actual and set temperature indication in both °C and °F. Recommended bath fluid is water or silicone heat transfer fluid. For near ambient temperatures, circulate tap water or coolant through the built-in cooling coil. For your specific test method needs, order an ASTM glass thermometer separately from our temperature section.
