Cole-Parmer offers an extensive selection of manual and electronic laboratory pipettors and pipettes. Whatever your application requirement we have the pipette to meet it. In addition to the laboratory pipettes and pipettors described below, we offer a full range of pipetting accessories, including pipette brushes and washers, manual and motorized pipetting aids and fillers, pipette storage racks, and pipettor calibration software. We can also serve your needs for disposable pipette tips to fit a laboratory pipette you already have.
Pipettes
Our selection of laboratory pipettes includes serological pipettes, Mohr pipettes, volumetric pipettes, and capillary pipettes. Serological laboratory pipettes are offered presterilized in single- or bulk-packs. Volumetric pipettes are available both serialized and unserialized and in models designed specifically for milk / dairy applications.
Pipettors
Options for laboratory pipettors include fixed- or variable-volume and single- or multi-channel. Fixed volume pipettors are typically more economical and ensure that the volume is not inadvertently reset during use. Variable-volume lab pipettors give you the option of selecting the dispensed volume within a defined range.
Multichannel pipettors dispense multiple samples with each stroke. Multichannel lab pipettors are available with either eight or twelve channels and the channels are spaced to match the spacing on standard multiwell microplates. Multichannel pipettors greatly increase the efficiency of filling multiwell plates or when transferring samples from one plate to another.
