These MSO/DPO5000 mixed signal oscilloscopes allow you to analyze up to 20 analog and digital signals with a single instrument to quickly identify and diagnose problems in complex designs. With bandwidths up to 2 GHz and sample rates up to 10 GS/s these oscilloscopes provide the performance you need to see fast-changing signal details. Capture long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution with the deep record length of up to 12.5 M points, standard on all channels, and an optional record length of up to 250 M points on two channels.
Simplify and speed the debugging of complex designs with Wave Inspector® controls for rapid waveform navigation. Units offer more than 10 optional software and analysis packages for common technologies and in-depth analysis tasks making them ideal for design and debug of embedded systems, investigation of transient phenomena, serial debug and analysis, and more.
The MSO5000 Series mixed-signal oscilloscopes offer all of the same functions as the DPO5000 series with the addition of 16 digital channels. These channels are tightly integrated into the oscilloscope''s user interface, simplifying operation and making it possible to easily solve mixed-signal issues. The multiple transition detection hardware shows you when the system detects more than one transition indicating that more information is available by zooming in or acquiring at a faster sampling rate.
