Compact and efficient, these fluorometers provide excellent analytical performance. Quantitate DNA and PCR products. Detect DNA contamination in drugs. Perform vitamin assays for pharmaceutical procedures. Environmental applications include the quantitative analysis of herbicides and pesticides in water and monitoring chlorophyll in lakes and water treatment plants.
Reduced source lamp replacement alone will show you the absolute economy of these fluorometers. For example, you can purchase a wide-band fluorometer (83075-20 or -25) with minimal operating costs for less than the cost of xenon or deuterium source lamp replacement for a single year.
