Fast and accurate concentration readings make these compact portable refractometers ideal for on-site use. A built-in thermistor provides automatic temperature compensation (ATC) so you don’t have to struggle with temperature correction tables. Error messages indicate concentrations or temperatures that fall out of range, inadequate sample volume, standardization errors, or low-battery. Easily calibrate units using distilled water and the zero-adjustment button.

one 9V battery. Models 02940-51 and -63 also include a sample holder for viscous samples and a vial of standard solution.
