Our transilluminators produce the highest intensity and brilliant UV fluorescence with backlit midrange UV illumination. Higher watt tubes provide increased light diffusion while maintaining high intensity output. Midrange and longwave models feature a background uniformity screen, further enhancing the UV illumination.
Stainless steel frame reduces contamination and prevents corrosion. A powerful cooling fan maintains low filter surface temperatures to minimize sample damage. UV-blocking cover can be angled to suit your viewing needs and provide easy access to the filter surface.Dual-intensity models enable you to switch settings between Low and High intensity for added flexibility. The Low setting reduces photonicking or photobleaching of gel samples during prep work, allowing for extended gel preparation time. The High setting is ideal for analytical documentation work.
