When simultaneous monitoring of temperatures during different process steps or phases is critical, these new 12-channel scanning thermometers are ideal. Wall mount unit is ideal for permanent installation and continuous monitoring of your processes. Benchtop unit accepts most any power source giving you great flexibility as to where and when it may be used. Both models function as a clatalogger-store data in the non-volatile memory and later download to your printer or PC. Link both models in series to expand the number of channels you can scan. Each of the 12 thermocouple inputs are programmable to scan from every four seconds to hourly.

  • Q:

I have connected the 12 channel Wall unit to the serial port of a Windows XP PC, a Windows XP laptop and a Windows NT system,(one at a time). The baud rate is set at 19.2, 7, odd, xon/xoff. I cannot get anything but several control characters to show in Hypertermal. Your DOS and Windows software cannot find the port. The Wall Unit is set at 19.2. I am using the IN RJ11 plug slot. Is there something else that I must do with the wall unit to get the communications to work?
