Honeywell DPR100 100-mm Multi-Point Chart Recorder, 6 channels

Honeywell® DPR100 recorders combine a 6-key panel, 100-mm chart, and modular design to create an easy to use, long-lasting chart recorder. These microprocessor-based recorders include a universal input board which accepts voltage, current, thermocouple, and RTD inputs directly. The modular, "plug-in" board style is easy to service, while the user-friendly keypad makes configurations simple.
Continuous trace recorders use a separate pen for each channel; multi-point recorders use an ink wheel to create fine, clear traces in up to six colors. Customize each channel with a label of up to 8 characters each. Twelve messages of up to 14 characters each are freely configurable and assignable.
Configure the digital display for a 12-character alphanumeric display visible up to 16 ft away, or one or two bargraph displays for at-a-glance real-time data. Display analog input, channel labels, math results or alarm messages. Values can be printed automatically in time intervals from 1 to 1440 minutes, when an alarm is triggered, or manually.
Twelve alarm setpoints can be freely assigned to any channel; program setpoint, hysteresis, and alarm type (high, low, rate of change, deviation). Alarms can trigger a message, print alarm channel in red (multi-point model only), change the range, change the speed, or print digital values.
Two chart speeds are fully adjustable in 0.04 in/hr steps— select via front keys. Multi-level password protection prevents unauthorized changes to product configurations. A fluorescent light illuminates the chart to make it easily visible even from a distance. The front panel is IP54-rated for protection against dust and water splashes. A door with plastic window and latch is provided for access to panel and chart. Make all input connections to the rear screw-terminal blocks.
