The Alnor® ABT® Balometer is a high productivity instrument designed to quickly measure the airflow directly from supply diffusers and return/exhaust grilles. The ABT consists of a fabric hood, hood frame, support rods, and a molded plastic base which contains the analog meter and flow sensing manifold.

The ABT models are temperature-compensated to display a standard flow rate in CFM. Standard flow rate is defined as the volumetric flow rate at standard conditions of 70°F (21.1°C) and 14.7 psi (760 mmHg) barometric pressure.

For increased flexibility, additional hood sizes are available to fit interchangeably on the instrument base.
