The 500-Watt motor offers stable operation in a variety of media samples, and variable speed control from 500 to 25,000 rpm. Stainless steel dispersion elements remove quickly and clean completely for reuse. The digital unit features electronic speed control and overload protection. The rotor-stator generator uses a pump-like action to constantly draw in sample. Through a combination of shear, impact, collision, and cavitation, the generator rapidly disperses and disintegrates the material suspended in the media. Easily detached rotor-stator generators makes the exchange and use of two dispersing elements seamless.
