These stainless steel one- and two-stage high-purity regulators are designed for non-corrosive analytical, mildly corrossive and process applications requiring precise, stable delivery pressure control. A diaphragm packless outlet valve with a 1/4" compression tube fitting allows flow control and maintains system purity.
Single-stage regulators feature a convoluted stainless steel diaphragm seal that provides excellent regulating characteristics and allows for internal vacuum purging
Dual-stage regulators feature a a convoluted Hastelloy® C-22 diaphragm seal that prevents contamination by eliminating the need for a soft seal and provides a leak-rate design of less than 2 x 10–8 ccs helium. The two-stage models yield a delivery pressure change of less than 0.04/100 psi inlet change.
