I/P® brushless process drives offer heavy-duty performance for your demanding process applications. This model features robust 1⁄3-hp brushless motors that drive up to two pump heads with most tubing formulations, while eliminating the cost and inconvenience of brush replacement. Adjust the drive speed quickly using the speed control knob—speed is displayed on an easy-to-read LED display from 5 to 100% of full speed, with 1% resolution.

The IP55-rated epoxy-coated, steel enclosure provides excellent protection against chemicals, water, and dust. With a compact footprint and built-in carrying handle, these lightweight drives conserve space and allow easy portability.
Brushless drive supplies enough torque to drive two pump heads using any tubing formulations.

  • Q:

We will be using a Masterflex 77410-10 in manual mode. Is there a way to lock the drive in the CW rotational direction, while allowing the other control functions?

We will also be using a 07523-80 drive in this fashion as well. Can the CW/CCW function be locked?

There is no way to lock the 77410-10 drive. The 07523-80 can have the display locked, but it is all or nothing, not just specific functions.

  • Q:

Is there a similar drive that can handle more than 2 pump heads?
Asked on 5/31/2011 by J from Mansfield, MA

    1 answer

    • STAFF EXPERT

      A:

Unfortunately there are not any Masterflex I/P drives that can handle more than 2 pump heads. If you need a drive that handles more than 2 pump heads, then you would need to look at a L/S Masterflex pump such as part number 07523-90 or 07528-30. However, these drives will not allow you to pump as much fluid through as an I/P drive would. The amount of torque it takes to run more than 2 pump heads on an I/P drive is too great for the capacity of the motor.

  • Q:

I have a Model 77410-10 pump drive with 7019-43 standard pump head.
I want to remove the standard pump head and replace it with two Easy load 77601-00 pump heads.
Can you please provide me with instructions?
Asked on 9/7/2010 by Shah from Midvale, Utah

    • STAFF EXPERT

      A:

In order to switch out the pump heads all you would need to do is remove the mounting screws (the standard pump head has 4) and remove the standard pump head off the drive. Then mount the two easy load pump heads on the same location and use the mounting hardware for two pump heads (77601-95) to screw the pump heads to the drive.

  • Q:

I have I/P 77410-00 pump and two pump heads 77601-60, but lost the mounting screws to fix the heads on the pump. What parts should I purchase?
    Thanks,
    Asked on 7/19/2010 by Anonymous

    • STAFF EXPERT

      A:

The replacement mounting hardware (mounting screws) to mount two of the 77601-60 pump heads to the 77410-00 drive is part number 77601-96. To mount just one of those pump heads, the part number is 77601-95. Please see our website for current pricing and availability.

  • Q:

    Hi there,
Recently our pumps have been cutting out during production and displaying ERR 1 on them. We have tried switching the pumps off and on again, and find that the pump will only come right after being left to sit on the shelf for one week (ie not used for one week).
I was wondering what this error message means as it is not in the user manual, and if servicing is required, who is the supplier for the North Island of New Zealand?
    Asked on 10/8/2009 by Anonymous

    • STAFF EXPERT

      A:

That error is indicative of an internal failure and since the problem persistantly occurs, it will need to be serviced or replaclaced. Please contact our technical application specialists for additional assistance and possible local authorized repair places closer to you (contact information can be found on the product web page).
