    Can this pump be valved back to operate at a flow less than the listed 0.5 gpm? Thanks.

      As this type of pump is positive displacement, valving the pump back could exceed the pressure limits and damage the pump. Scaling back the RPM on this pump requires a gear reducer, and selecting a gear reducer depends on many facets of your application.
