  • Large pump cavity is ideal for use with high-viscosity or particulate-laden fluids
  • Deliver repeatable, pulseless flow with no variation in fluid volume or velocity
  • No valves, pistons, or gears to wear out
Service kits include a replacement stator and shaft seal of the same material as the pump stator. For added versatility and chemical compatibility, replace the nitrile stator and shaft seal with a FPM stator and shaft seal included in the optional retrofit kits — order accessories separately.

  • Q:

Can this pump be valved back to operate at a flow less than the listed 0.5 gpm? Thanks.

      A:

As this type of pump is positive displacement, valving the pump back could exceed the pressure limits and damage the pump. Scaling back the RPM on this pump requires a gear reducer, and selecting a gear reducer depends on many facets of your application. Please contact our technical application specialists for additional assistance (contact information can be found in the "contact us" section on the web page).
