The unique action of the Stomacher uses paddles to homogenize samples through a combination of crushing and stirring forces. Gamma-irradiated sterile disposable bags (order separately) allow you to homogenize and transport samples without changing containers or handling sterile samples.Stomacher 80 Biomaster is the smallest paddle blender on the market—it can fit into safety cabinets to reduce your exposure to hazardous materials. Three time settings plus continuous cycle help processes sample volumes from 5 to 80 mL. Install the optional door upgrade kit and process micro sample volumes as small as 250 mL; also allows you to adjust paddle speed, pressure, and processing time—right from the door—useful when processing tissue and other samples without diluents or solvents.
