These stirring hotplates are designed for applications that require precise accuracy and repeatability. Units feature an updated safety system including a hot surface warning system and over temperature protection. Separate heat and stir displays show actual and set point temperature and stir speed allowing repeatable accurate results. Units include a temperature probe kit which contains a 6” PTFE coated stainless steel probe, 18” support rod, and probe clamp. Timer will shut off heating, stirring or both and sound an audible alarm to alert user.
Over temperature protection system cuts off power to unit in overheat condition protecting both user and sample.
