The pre-set high temperature safety thermostat ensures overtemperature protection, while pilot light visually indicates oven operation status. Ovens feature double wall aluminum interior chamber with 1'' silica-based insulation and powder coated, cold-rolled steel exterior.

        This unit has a thermometer port on the top of the unit. It does not have a port for electrical wires to pass through.

      What do you do to seet the temperature? I assume a Doric Trendicator is required for setting temps. Why the two different knobs for adjustment?

        This unit only has one adjustment knob on it and that is used to adjust the temperature. No other equipment is required to set the temperature.
