Tyvek® Apparel
TYVEK apparel is processed in a certified Class 10 cleanroom with ultraclean water to meet USP standards for purified water and microelectronics grade P-1 water as proposed by ASTM. These cleanroom garments are double packaged to meet Class A standards. They are first bagged and sealed individually, then packed in a case with a polyplastic liner. Frocks feature serged seams; all other TYVEK apparel features bound seams. A serged seam is a basic stitched seam that is appropriate for exposure to nonhazardous substances. A bound seam is reinforced with binding for strength and tear resistance.IsoClean® Tyvek® Frocks have five snap closures, elastic wrists, and a three-snap adjustable mandarin collar. Serged seams.
