Adjust washer conditions to suit your labware cleaning needs. Use temperatures ranging from 85°F (29°C) to 170°F (77°C) and a variety of available interchangeable baskets to assure cleanliness of a wide range of labware. Choose up to six cycles and temperature settings using simple microprocessor-based controls. Spindleready models utilize spindle manifolds for cleaning up to 44 narrow-neck vessels such as volumetric flasks.
Washers are designed for thorough cleaning with minimal water usage. Two levels of rotating spray arms provide coverage of the wash chamber for consistent cleaning action. Advanced wash pumping system enables minimal pressure requirement for both tap and DI (rinse) water. Three filters and a separate magnetically-coupled drainage pump protect the system from broken glassware. Interior and exterior are polished 304 stainless steel. Insulated sidewalls and doors reduce energy use and heat loss while enabling extremely quiet operation.
