"No Hassle" Return Policy
Cole-Parmer places the highest priority on customer satisfaction and believes that our products are of the highest quality on the market. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know how we can make it right. We’ll do whatever it takes to fix the problem.
All we ask is that you request a Return Authorization (RA) by phone (1-800-323-4340) or email (sales@coleparmer.com) to get instructions on how to send your item back to us. We'll ask for your reference number (found on the packing slip or invoice) and the reason for return.
Please note that there may be some restrictions on certain products being returned, such as:
- Custom or special-order products
- Expired, refrigerated, radioactive or DEA-regulated materials
- Opened liquids, chemicals or reagents
A safety form may be required for some returns and our Customer Service team will let you know if it applies for your return.
Cancelling an order
Orders with items we stock in our warehouse, and that have not yet shipped, can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel please contact us.
