Introducing BarbLock™ Assemblies, the most secure way to connect your Masterflex pump tubing to fittings, filters, and other barbed connections. The BarbLock system provides uniform 360º radial crimping to positively seal flexible tubing around fittings. These leak-free, durable seals are so strong and secure, they cannot be pulled or pushed off-even under pressure! A BarbLock assembly consists of three pieces: the sleeve, collet, and barbed fitting. To install the fitting, simply slide the sleeve and collet onto the tubing and then insert the barbed fitting into the tubing. Prelock the sleeve and collet by pressing them together until you hear a "click." Slide the sleeve and collet to the edge of the barbed fitting and lock with the BarbLock tool. The BarbLock assembly can then only be unlocked with the universal removal tool. Confidence? It's called BarbLock.
