These revolutionary Thermo Scientific NanoDrop spectrophotometers have been designed for ease of use and minimal sample utilization. The unit uses the surface tension of the sample as the pathlength and returns results in 10 to 30 seconds.
The small sample size allows you to minimize loss, making units ideal for precious samples. The 1-µL sample can be pipetted back into the container if desired, or simply wipe off and the unit is ready for the next measurement. Eliminating the need for cuvettes helps reduce error in results, giving you confidence that the results obtained are accurate.
The eight-position spectrophotometer has a footprint of just 9-1⁄2" x 12-5⁄8" and includes software. Simply plug the instrument into your computer and you're ready to go.
Note: Unit is available for sale and use in USA only.Eight-Position Spectrophotometer provides high throughput capabilities by reading eight 1-µL samples simultaneously. Unit has the same features as the single position unit but reads up to 96 samples in just 5 minutes. Easy to use; simply pipette 1 µL of sample onto each optical reader using an 8-channel pipettor.
