This unique combination of water bath and magnetic stirrer provides excellent temperature uniformity and stirring action to your samples. Typical applications include protein digestion and polymer research. Analog bath components incorporate durable stainless steel construction. The magnetic stirrer has smooth and clean design. The main body is made of GF-PBT, glass fiber-reinforced polybutylene terephthalate, which is heat and chemical resistant and durable.
The multiple stirring and water bath combination has individual control for stirring position. Multi-position water bath features digital display, circulation system, and overheating breaker. Note: stirrer sold separately.Why are shaking water baths necessary? Shaking water baths allow you to agitate samples while maintaining a constant temperature. Gentle heating within the shaking bath allow you to temper samples easily and adequately. Choose from baths with an integrated shaker or from water baths with an optional shaking platform which offers more flexibility.
Cole-Parmer® StableTemp® Shaking Baths consist of an independent shaking platform and bath, allowing you to use the bath separately as your needs change. Dual-action shaking bath platform allows you to choose orbital or reciprocal motions, providing the agitation necessary for your samples. These digital shaking baths have a temperature range of 5° above ambient up to 100°C. Choose from 20- or 28-liter bath sizes and a selection of flask holders to keep your sample secure.
Lab Companion Shaking Water Baths also provide heating from 5° above ambient to 100°C with reservoir volumes of 17-liters to 55-liters. Two digital displays allow you to set bath temperature and shaking speed independently. Store up to three temperature settings. Shaking water bath allows you to set a timer function for automatic shut-off when complete. Reciprocating motion starts slowly to minimize sample shock. Choose from a selection of clamps to keep your sample in place.
Economical Shaking Baths provide shaking from 0 to 150rpm with volumes of either 10- or 20-liters. These shaking water baths provide heating from ambient to 100°C.
