StirTrac™ technology offers improved slow speed stirring, consistent speed control, and stronger magnetic coupling. Durable low-profile, cast aluminum hot plate stirrers are complete with a seamless reflective white ceramic top that provides visibility, an alkali/acid reisistance surface, and is easy to clean. Intergral ring-stand holder accomodates 0.5" diameter support rod. Digital hot plate stirrer features a LED that indicates temperature setting in 5° increments. Patented warning light signal system goes off when heating surface is 50°C(122°F); protects user from accidental burns. Detachable cord is included.
