CycloGraph enhances conventional TLC methods with centrifugal force. Perform your large-sample separations in 20 minutes – with no band scraping. TLC fractions spin-elute off the rotor edge into the radial trough and are funneled to your collection vessel. Reusable rotors are available with four adsorbent thicknesses. Save time and eliminate solvent transitions by alternating dried rotors. Pre-scraped rotors are ready for use straight from the box. Readily distinguish fraction bands using top-mounted UV light and rotors containing UV254 indicator. An adjustable pump (0 to 15mL/min) precisely delivers solvent to inner rotor for continuous elution. Variable-speed motor and precision-made rotors produce optimal elution conditions and wobble-free operation.
