Use these glove boxes to maintain ideal atmospheric conditions for manipulation and transferring of sensitive materials and organisms. Double-layered neoprene gaskets provide a tight seal (up to 1.5 mm Hg) to enable low-pressure vacuum/gas fill cycling to establish main chamber atmosphere. Vacuum-capable transfer chamber enables easy sample transfers without disturbing main chamber conditions. Clear acrylic top with built-in fluorescent light and white matched die-molded bottom illuminate your work area and reduce shadows.Anaerobic Organism Glove Box
A catalyst heater works in mixed gas chamber environment (typically 85% N2, 10% H2,
5% CO2) to remove O2 and maintain incubation temperature. Recirculating atmosphere
through drying train removes moisture and metabolic waste gases. Drying train is removable
in-process using quick-disconnect fittings; desiccant is easily removed for regeneration.
What’s included: one pair of size 91⁄2 white Hypalon® gloves, a catalyst heater with two
Palladium canisters, two vacuum/pressure pumps, three drying canisters with quickdisconnect
fittings, an adjustable vacuum gauge, a transfer tray, four purging valves, a four-outlet electrical strip, and a 6-ft three-wire power cord with plug.
