Recently, we upgraded the connectors on the electrodes as they are also used with portable instruments which require additional durability and watertight connections. The rubber sleeves on the connectors will slide as needed to allow attachment to our benchtop meters.
Unfortunately when the upgrade was made, we did not communicate this change in the corresponding manual & literature. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and will take appropriate action.
Please contact our technical support team for calibration assistance--they can walk you thru a calibration.
