 | Versatile, compact design works in a field or laboratory setting | | A complete meter with key features at an economical price | | Replaceable, double-junction electrode sensors save time and money | | IP67-rated housing sits flat on the table and floats in water | Waterproof pHTestrs are great for outdoor applications such as taking pH measurements in lakes and streams. Designed to float in water, you can even attach a line to the housing for easy retrieval. Valox® sensor housing resists most chemicals. All waterproof pHTestrs have replaceable sensors for easy maintenance. Double-junction electrode sensors handle wastewater and solutions containing sulfides, heavy metals, and TRIS. Electrode sensors offer a clog-resistant Kynar® junction and a recessed, glass pH bulb to protect against breakage. The keypad clicks to confirm operation, and allows access to a variety of functions. Calibrate up to three pH points with the auto-buffer recognition at both USA and NIST standard buffers. Additional features include a automatic temperature compensation (ATC), hold function, auto-off function, self-diagnostic error messages, and a three-segment battery-life indicator. | | pHTestr 10 offers the most economical option with all the benefits listed above. |

Q: We have purchased three pH Tester 30 some time in Jan/ Feb 2009. Two of them show an error 'ur'. Please let me know what could be the fault and how this problem can be solved. Please advice contact details if required. Thanks Asked on 9/18/2009 by San from London Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Probes are consumable items, they do not last forever. The "ur" message indicates that the sensor is not in contact with solution, or if it is in contact with solution when given, it means the sensor should be replaced. Please contact our technical application specialists for additional assistance (contact information can be found on the product web page). Answered on 9/22/2009 by Jen from Technical Support

Asked on 9/9/2009 by Anonymous from Mchenry, IL Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: This unit would work for your application. The unit itself will last for many years, probes will need to be changed roughly every 18 months (when used often). Please contact our technical application specialists for additional assistance (contact information can be found on the product web page). Answered on 9/9/2009 by Jen from Technical Support
