Q:
Hi there,
Recently our pumps have been cutting out during production and displaying ERR 1 on them. We have tried switching the pumps off and on again, and find that the pump will only come right after being left to sit on the shelf for one week (ie not used for one week).
I was wondering what this error message means as it is not in the user manual, and if servicing is required, who is the supplier for the North Island of New Zealand?

  That error is indicative of an internal failure and since the problem persistantly occurs, it will need to be serviced or replaclaced.
