Laboratory Tubing

Cole-Parmer offers one of the most extensive ranges of laboratory tubing anywhere! We offer so many alternatives in flexible and rigid tubing that we can supply the best tubing for virtually any fluid handling need. Whether for basic or harsh chemicals, sensitive biological reactions, higher pressures or temperatures, or simple fluid transfers, we carry a lab tubing to meet your needs. Consider the range of parameters we can meet with our tubing products:

  • Tubing Size with inside diameters as small as 0.002" (0.05 mm) to 2"(50.8mm)
  • Pressure ratings up to 1000 psi (69 bar)
  • Tubing to withstand Vacuum level of 29.9" of mercury (Hg) at 70°F (23° C)
  • Temperature ratings up to 550° F (288° C)
  • Chemical compatible laboratory tubing for research, testing, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical needs, with many formulations suitable for aggressive chemicals and solvents. Excellent in applications requiring transfer tubing, dispensing tubing, flexible tubing, rigid tubing, or any other type of plastic tubing or rubber tubing.
  • Tubing suitable for sterilization techniques such as gamma irradiation, autoclaving and ethylene oxide
  • Tubing Material Certification are available free of charge at time of order for a wide selection of our tubing. The certification states which regulatory standards the tubing material meets.
  • Quantities for general use as well as bulk spools of up to 500 ft (150 m) for some popular formulations.

Flexible tubing

Peroxide-Cured Silicone Tubing

  • Flexible, soft tubing available in more than 50 formulations, including Tygon®, silicones, PVC and vinyls, C-FLEX®, PharMed®, rubbers (including Norprene®), polyurethanes, FlexeleneTM, and HubtronTM
  • Able to withstand temperatures up to 450° F (232° C)
  • Sizes as small as 0.008 inch (0.19 mm) ID
  • Pressures from vacuum to 450 psi (31 bar)

Microbore laboratory tubing

Microbore EVA tubing

  • 8 formulations of specialty microbore tubing, including Tygon® formulations, Viton®, silicone, PTFE, and ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA), among others
  • Sizes as fine as human hair
  • Perfect for low-flow applications or precision pumping and dispensing

Rigid laboratory tubing

PTFE Tubing

  • Flexible, soft tubing available in more than 20 formulations, including fluoropolymers (PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, and ETFE)®, nylons, polyethylenes, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyimide, Bev-A-Line® formulations, PEEK, and metals (stainless steels, copper, and nickel)
  • Able to withstand temperatures up to 550° F (288° C)
  • Sizing as small as 0.010 inch (0.25 mm) ID
  • Pressures from vacuum to over 11,000 psi (760 bar)
