It is flu season. Are you prepared? Many organizations offer flu vaccines for their employees. Others provide hand sanitizer and allow employees to work from home when they are feeling sick. There are many ways to add a few measures so your workplace remains healthy this time of year.

Encourage employees to keep their hands clean by washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using disinfectant wipes when water is not available.
