- Product Availability – Our manufacturing and distribution remain operational and for the immediate future. We are in communication with our partners and suppliers so that we can continue to provide the equipment, supplies and consumables you need.
- Customer Service and Technical Support – Many of our employees have transitioned to working remotely. You can continue to contact your sales rep or our customer service or technical support teams as you would normally. You may experience slight delays, but your call is extremely important to us, we will respond as quickly as possible.
- Shipping – We will do our best with shipping lead times, but similar to all businesses, expedites may be impacted, but we will ensure urgency when possible.
