Are you prepared? Many organizations offer flu vaccines for their employees. Others provide hand sanitizer and allow employees to work from home when they are feeling sick. There are many ways to add a few measures so your workplace remains healthy this time of year.<\/p>\n<h2>Prevention<\/h2>\n<p>An ounce of prevention goes a long way. You can take a few simple measures to help prevent the spread of the seasonal flu in your organization. Encourage employees to keep their hands clean by washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using disinfectant wipes when water is not available. If someone is coughing, itis a good idea to have them wear a mask to keep their germs at bay. Visit the websites of the health organizations in your region for preventive information.<\/p>\n<h2>Information from health organizations<\/h2>\n<p>Leading the effort to provide us with the most up-to-date information is WHO. Along with this organization, you can find useful information on the flu from the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">CDC<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/health-canada.html\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Health Canada<\/a>, European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecdc.europa.eu\/en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">ECDC<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/mohfw.gov.in\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India<\/a>, and many others.<\/p>\n<p>These organizations provide information on flu prevention.
