Options for Calibration Service


If you are purchasing a new instrument from Cole-Parmer simply have InnoCal calibrate the item before it is shipped.

  4. Your instrument will arrive certified traceable to NIST Standards!


Ship your existing instrument to our laboratory for regularly scheduled maintenance and recalibration to keep your business running smoothly.

  1. Call us at 866-InnoCal— We will verify our lab can calibrate your exact model.
  2. You will receive a quote for the calibration service (including optional A2LA accreditation, special requirements, etc. and your desired interval date), service turnaround time, and price.
  3. We generate a Service Return number and Safety form so you can properly and securely send your instrument to us.
  4. Once we receive your instrument, we send you a receipt confirmation by e-mail.
  5. Our highly trained technicians calibrate your equipment according to the quote agreement, then the work is assessed by our Quality Reviewer. We carefully package the equipment and send an e-mail confirming the shipment back to you, including the tracking number.



We provide you with the documentation you need to meet your most stringent quality requirements for the control of inspection, measuring, and test equipment. We will calibrate your new or existing instrument traceable to NIST standards.
