Activated media are a reliable starting material for the preparation of customized chromatography resins. Activated media have a bromohydrin group that is reactive towards primary amines, thiol, hydroxyl, or histidyl residues. Select from two pore sizes depending on your application needs. Use the higher porosity media if the ligand or target is large.

Order media for antibodies for purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The specificity of the recombinant Protein A for the Fc-region of IgG provides excellent purification. The Protein A ligand is coupled to the bead using a bromohydrin-based method that gives high chemical stability and low ligand leakage.
