These heavy-duty systems handle a wide range of laboratory quality and performance applications such as compression, flexural, or shear strength; flow and color dispersion; and material research using ceramics, composites, construction materials, resins, and more. Safety features include a 10-gauge steel shield with see-through, shatterproof polycarbonate access door. The base has holes for permanent bench mounting and for optional permanent bench mounting.

Automatic Hydraulic Presses feature a touch-screen interface allowing you to select auto or manual mode, and units in lb, US tons, metric tons, or kg. Scroll through menu to enter parameters for pressure, pump speed, and dwell time. Presses feature audible/visual alarms and proximity switch for adjustable slowdown position. Requires two-hand operation for maximum safety.

What's included: two steel heated platens that provide heat up to 650°F (343°C), a power cord, and oil.
