Stainless steel shot for use in Cole Parmer StableTemp sand baths is an ideal solution for your sample that does not fit in to a modular block. Stainless steel heats up quickly. Choose a 1 pound package for each size block capacity, i.e. a two block capacity sand bath will require 2 lbs of stainless steel shot.
