Polypropylene is compatible with most chemicals and is easy to sterilize via autoclave or ethylene oxide. The angled barb design ensures compatibility with different types of tubing. The hex nut construction provides a tighter, leakproof seal while expanding the inner tubing by 50%, allowing for use in high-pressure applications.
