These simple, durable, accurate gauges use magnetic and eddy current principles to measure coating thickness on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, quickly and accurately. Select Standard or Advanced models based on your application requirements. All models include built-in temperature compensation coating thickness probe (integral or cabled) and are ready to measure with no calibration adjustment required for most applications. The PosiTector 6000 provides a Hi-RES mode providing enhanced display resolution for applications requiring greater precision. All stored measurements are date and time stamped and the statistics mode continually displays and updates average, standard deviation, min/max thickness, and number of readings while measuring. The one-handed menu navigation makes set up and operation simple, and the flip display enables right-side-up viewing. The gauges offer multiple calibration adjustment options that include one-point, two-point, known thickness, and average zero along with four user-selectable display language settings (English, Spanish, German, and French) for additional flexibility. Gauges conform to: ISO 2178/2360/2808, PrEN ISO 19840, ASTM B244/B499/D1186/D1400/D7091/E376/G12, BS3900-C5, and SSPC-PA2.
The advance models can store 100,000 readings in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches. Data can be transferred wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.0 to your mobile device oroptional printer with the PosiTector App. BLE API is available for integration into third-party software.
