More About this Item

Reliable and uniform HotBlock technology now in a COD reactor. Process up to 56 samples, two analytical batches, in a single run! The digital display shows the actual temperature (in red) and set temperature (in green) simultaneously.
Units come pre-programmed to run at 150°C for two hours for standard COD digestions, but may be adjusted in 0.1°C increments from ambient to 150°C for other reactions . The heating mat maintains a setpoint within ±0.1°C and sample consistency of ±1.5°C. The Safe-Sample™ temperature protection system alerts you in the event of runaway temperatures. The unit will sound an alarm and shut off heating to protect samples.
