We currently do not offer on-site services. The balance will need to be returned for recertification.

If I purchase 2 scales, do I need to purchase two of these calibration certificates - or can both scales be combined with one purchase of calibration.

What is the calibration interval and who will do the calibration?

By default our certificate expires one year from the date the calibration service was performed. Depending on which guidelines you follow we can change that date. We do the calibration in house, utilizing Innocal our metrology lab.

Is this product a certificate that tells me my scale is calibrated? It is unclear what this product is.

Correct, this is to have a scale you own or purchase calibrated. This will come with a certificate of calibration to NIST standards.
