These shaking incubators provide high volume multi-purpose functionality while saving valuable space due to the ability to stack up to 3 units. Intuitive LCD touch screen controller with microprocessor PID control has easy icons and logical menus making the incubator easy to program and operate. Built-in RS-232 and USB ports allow external contorl and data collection. A heavy duty direct drive brushless motor and triple cam system provides a wide speed range even with the heaviest workloads. Smooth automatic accelerating and decelarating during start and stop functions prevent sample spills. A high-velocity fan unsured uniform temperature distribution and rapid thermal recovery even after door is open. Other features include an air tight silicone door seal, large viewing window with bright LED lamps, and an easy-access drain system with quick disconnect valve.
Safety is built in with automatic run after power interruption, over-current protection, and an audible/visible alarm activated by shaking speed deviation. A triple independent temperature monitor system has a temperature deviation alarm (High/Low), electronic temperature limiter (High/Low), and a mechanical over-temperature limiter (High).
