More About this Item

This go-anywhere low-resistance ohmmeter features a built-in sealed lead acid battery with 7 Ah of power and the option to run continuously on mains power while charging. Suitable for ground and benchtop operation, the integral hard-sided case protects the meter from the elements with ingress protection ratings of IP65 when the lid is closed and IP54 when in use. Imbedded memory stores up to 200 tests with date-and-time stamps and is compatible with Megger's PowerDB test data management software. Simplified control panel and program navigation offers easy setup and operation in harsh conditions and with gloved hands. Remove the lid to quickly make test lead changes.

Several test modes are available including normal, automatic bidirectional and unidirectional, continuous, and inductive. Electromagnetic noise interference above the threshold (100 mV, 50/60 Hz) causes a noise alert symbol to appear on the screen, preventing inaccurate test results. Order test leads separately.
