Mettler Toledo WeightLink DMC Scanner

Pass your next audit with confidence! The WeightLink™ system is an innovative, foolproof identification and traceability weight verification system for fast and error-free balance testing. It consists of a data matrix code (DMC) scanner, test weights with a unique identification number (UIN) imprinted in their base linked to a calibration certificate, and a calibration eData card.

The DMC scanner, which connects directly to a Mettler Toledo analytical and precision balance via a RS-232 port, scans the eData card and test weight codes and automatically transfers the parameters of the test weights to the balance. The balance firmware validates the certificate and weight data before allowing the balance test to begin. Test results can be printed out with an external printer to provide full documentation of performed balance tests.

The high-grade stainless steel test weights, available from 0.1 to 5000 g, are sold separately. They come with a lifetime warranty and guaranteed positive tolerances.
