Q:I have a customer who is using the Cole-Parmer 3310-40. He wants to know if there is a indicator just like the 3310-40, but goes over 200 deg.
A:This is designed to measure a room so there are none available that go over 170F (76C)

A:The temperature cannot be user calibrated.
Q:How or What is the life of the instrument?
A:The warranty on the indicator is good for one year. We do not have more specific life expectancy data.
Q:how does one adjust the setting for the humidity measurement, the adjusting screw seems only to provide a stop
A:There is a slot on the bottom of the hygrometer that provides access to the calibration screw.
A:The adjustment screw for the humidity is on the bottom of the gauge through the slot. Calibration can be performed by wrapping the gauge in a moist towel for a few hours and then calibrating the humidity to 95%.
Q:How long is the cert good for?
A:The test certificate this model comes with does not have an expiration date. It is a certificate to state that the product passed testing criteria at the factory.
