gabled lid, perforated stainless steel tray, and 6-ft (0.9-m) power cord with plug (European plug on 240 VAC models).
The name says it all! Our StableTemp utility baths feature unique air-jacketed heaters which provide excellent temperature specifications. The +/-0.2°C temperature uniformity and +/-0.25°C stability are ideal for heating your temperature-sensitive samples.
For optimum temperature protection, these baths feature dual thermostats — a primary, microprocessor-based temperature controller that provides +/-0.1°C precision and a secondary over temperature safety prevents samples from overheating. For optimum temperature accuracy, the primary controller can be calibrated to your reference thermometer.
The stainless steel tank is seamless — no welds to leak or rust — and the rounded corners provide an easy-to-clean interior. Hinged polycarbonate lid allows condensation to flow back.
Optional shaker platforms are available to convert the 20 and 28 L digital utility baths into shaking water baths. Allows samples to incubate and aggitate simultaneously.

Q:We have a WD02C11B, will the EW-12504-91 fit in it?
A:The bath opening is 4 1/2" x 3 7/8" and will accept up to 4 of the 12504-91 holders. The 12504-91 will hold a flask with max diameter 1.4 inch, smallest diameter it will hold is 1 inch.
Q:My water batch is reading 40.5C but the temperature of the water is 37C. How do i calibrate the unit?
A:There is a temperature calibration offset option. With a stable temperature reading, press P2 and P3 simultaneously and release and repeat until the display reads 0.0. Press P1 and hold until "CAL" is displayed (usually about 2 seconds). At one second intervals, the displayed value will alternate between the 'actual' bath temperature and the current offset value, which is the difference between the factory calibration settings and your reference temperature sensor. Use the UP and DOWN keys to adjust value to the desired setting. Press P1 again or allow unit to time out to accept the change. The maximum offset is +/- 3.0 degrees C from factory calibration. Differences greater than this generally indicate a failed or failing temperature sensor.
Q:just wanted to confirm whether this is a shaking water bath? Thanks
A:This is not a shaking waterbath and we do not have a small enough shaking platform for this model. For the smallest bath with optional platform please see part numbers 12504-60 and bath 14575-16.
Q:Are the dimensions mentioned in the specifications the exterior dimensions, and if so, what are the interior dimensions?
A:The overall dimensions (exterior) are 8" W x 8-1/8" H x 9" D. The interior dimensions (bath opening) are 4-1/2" W x 3-7/8" H x 6" D.
