Digital pump provides precise, reproducible flow in an economical package. Single-piston pump significantly reduces pulsation through the use of an advanced electronic rapid-refill design.

Microprocessor-controlled pump provides control signals to the motor drive circuits, interfaces with the keypad and digital LED display, receives signals to refill based on flow rate, and provides RS-232 communication. Other features include run/stop inputs, dual-voltage capabilities, self-flushing pump heads, and a motor stall detector.

    Could you please answer the 2 questions below?

    This unit pumps flows from 0,05 to 10 mL/min with low pulse. Can it work with a pressure of 7 to 20 bar between temperature range of 30ºC to 80ºC?

    Can this unit be used with sulfuric acid (55-75%)? Can you give the reference for the ASI316 stainless steel head?

      A:

      This pump has a maximum pressure rating of 206.8 bar (3000 psi) and a maximum fluid temperature rating of 100º C. This unit has PEEK, synthetic ruby and sapphire, and PTFE wetted parts that need to be compatible with the fluid you are pumping. The 316 stainless steel pump head version is 74930-05.

      There is no flow curve for these pumps. This is a piston pump; it will continue to output flow up to the maximum pressure.

    Hi,

    What is the original manufacturer's part number for this product? Does the product really have a pulse dampener? All these pumps with a price range of $7000-$2300 have the same description except for the price and maximum psi. Please comment.

      This is a model 110PFN01. The pumps in this series have different wetted parts and flow rates.

      A:

      1/16 compression fittings are on the outlet, 1/8" compression are on inlet. This comes with inlet tubing, and although it accepts 1/8" OD tubing it is not suggested that the ID of the tubing be less than 0.85",this would cause cavitation in the pump.

      This pump will not automatically restart after a power failure. That is to say, if the pump is ON and RUNNING prior to the power going out, upon power resumption, the pump will still be ON but will not be RUNNING. The flow set point will be remembered, but the pump will be STOPPED until the RUN/STOP button is depressed.

      PEEK and stainless steel are used because of their excellent compatibility with solvents commonly used in HPLC applications. However, without knowing which specific solvent you plan on using, we cannot answer this question.
